Is my brand purpose clearly conveyed?
It all boils down to your brand purpose. Like Simon Sinek beautifully puts it, begin with “why”. Convey clearly the reason your business was born and the unique problem it solves.
Have I seen my product through my customer’s eyes?
More often than not the problem you’re trying to solve may not be the biggest pain point your customer experiences. How do you move it to the front burner? See your product/service through your customers eyes. And build your brand strategy.
What is your visual identity?
Again a strong visual identity goes beyond colors and typography. Your brand has to have a distinctive voice. A unique story to tell. And it has to be supported by a visual expression that moves people to action.
